(Photograph; silver gelatin negatives, pigment ink on cotton paper, 2019).
This marks the start of a new series of works based at Oratunga Station on Adnyamathanha country in the Flinders Ranges, South Australia. It is a place of great complexity, rhythms, drought and beauty. Found in situ, these photographs are a study of natural hieroglyphs; images of country that articulate stories of formation, history and possible futures. Estimated completion: December 2019
